Returns are accepted within 30 days of package order date or store purchase date. Receipt is required and items need to be in their original condition and original packaging, with tickets and garment labels attached. Shoeboxes must not have tape or shipping labels on them. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We will not provide a refund for any item that we do not receive or that does not otherwise comply with our Return Policy.

FINAL SALE on sunglasses, goggles, watches, undies, jewelry, face masks/coverings, cosmetics, candy, clearance promotions (red tag/price) and donations. Contact manufacturer for warranty on sunglasses and watches.

Bikes, surfboards, paddleboards, snowboards, snowboard boots and bindings cannot be returned in store and must be returned by mail.

Amazon purchases can be returned online back to original method of payment or in-store for an exchange or store credit (no refunds).

Holiday purchases made October thru December are accepted for 30 days or thru January 15 of following year (whichever is later).

We are available Monday-Friday from 6AM-6PM PST and Saturday's from 7AM-3:30PM PST.

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking details.

Orders shipped via FedEx Ground Economy will arrive via US Postal Service.

If an item is not available in our warehouse, we do our best to find your item in one of our other locations. If the item is available at another location, it will be shipped in its own package. These items can take an additional 2-3 business days to process. After it ships, you will be sent an email with your tracking information.

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, every 2 weeks, without any interest. Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.

Shop Tillys and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you've used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account.

Please note: all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $35 and $1000.

Afterpay is not available on purchases of Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards and may be unavailable on other additional products. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.

To check your Gift Card balance, please contact customer service at 1-866-4TILLYS (1-866-484-5597) Monday-Friday 6am-8pm PST and on Weekends from 7am-5pm PST. Please have your card number and PIN available. You can access your PIN by scratching off the silver strip on the back of the card.

Tillys.com accepts Tillys Gift Cards and the following major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER. We also partner with PayPal and Afterpay.

Yes, Tillys does have a size chart, to view our size chart, please go to the product you would like to view and click on the "Size Chart" link under the size selection.
